Choose a planning package based on your travel style, then add optional extras if you want to go deeper. Every trip is fully customized, thoughtfully researched, and designed for quality time and memorable experiences—not burnout.
Each planning package includes a personalized itinerary built around how you travel. No templates. No hourly tracking. No spreadsheets required on your end.
Best for: Travelers who want a well-planned, realistic trip without spending weeks researching or second-guessing decisions.
Optional Add-ons & Extras
Add these only if they make your trip better. They’re completely optional—your itinerary is thoughtfully planned either way. These smaller packages are also available for the travelers who just a hint of help and not looking to have a whole itinerary created by ORT.

Before You Book
Revisions
Weekender and Roadie include one revision. Explorer includes two. That’s usually plenty to get everything just right. Need more tweaking? Additional revisions are available for a $30 flat fee. Changing the destination, trip length, or whole vibe counts as a new adventure — not a revision.
Booking Policy
Planning officially begins once payment is received. Because each itinerary is custom-built from scratch (no copy-paste magic here), refunds aren’t guaranteed once research is underway.
Trip Cancellations
Life happens — kids get sick, work explodes, weather does its thing. If your trip is canceled after planning has started, refunds aren’t guaranteed. When possible, I may offer a discretionary credit toward future planning within a 6-month window. Not automatic, but always handled like a reasonable human.
Booking & Reservations
We build the plan. You handle the bookings. That way you stay in control of pricing, points, cancellations, and that hotel you’ve been eyeing for weeks.
